eCommerce Operations Coordinator: Become the Newest Member of the Vans Family
As the eCommerce Operations Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to elevate consumer experience on our owned retail site through the management of day-to-day operational activities. You will use your keen attention to detail to ensure our consumer experience is frictionless, and have the energy necessary to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Your strong written and verbal communication skills will allow you to build meaningful partnerships with internal teams and lead to close collaboration on operational updates.
How You Will Make a Difference:
Research operational improvement initiatives, and liaise with team members to define, scope and assess new initiatives. Support day-to-day business operations for eCommerce and with IT / Logistics teams Thoroughly UAT projects to ensure proper execution and operation Work with Customer Service, IT, and DC/Logistic teams to resolve production issues to ensure a superior customer experience Develop understanding of different order processing and fulfillment systems and how they interact with each other to power different elements of the business Monitor order processing and assist with trouble shooting issues and communicating details Partner with the DTC team to ensure order routing rules are maintained and adjusted based on internal and external feedback

Years of Related experience:
• Years of related professional experience: 4+ years
Educational/Position Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience working in eCommerce is a plus
• Passionate about problem solving and improving the consumer experience
• Proficiency or strong understanding in computer skills including: Microsoft Office, strong Excel knowledge, eCommerce Platforms, PKMS, SAP, Order Management Systems
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to understand, assess and problem solve by leveraging technical and analytical skills
Special Physical and/or Mental Requirements
• Willing and able to work additional hours when needed
• Bend, lift, open and move product and related office items varying in weight from 1 to 25 lbs, depending on need
