Coordinator, Marketing, Tom Ford Beauty and Ultra-Prestige
Description
The purpose of this role is to function as coordinator for the Marketing team and assist/support the Vice President of Marketing. This job has responsibilities across Tom Ford Beauty, By Kilian, and Frederic Malle.
Marketing Presentations 25%
• Prepare marketing presentations for Retailer market meetings
• Assist in presentations such as Upper Management meetings, Roundtable meetings, Global conferences, and ad hoc presentations when needed
Administrative 25%
• Manage travel and expense reports for VP Marketing
• Maintain Outlook, schedule/coordinate meetings, and assist in recaps of meetings as needed
• Manage and organize filing system and binders. Make sure all information & documents are kept up to date for the Vice President to ensure what is needed is readily accessible
• Serve as primary contact and support for Marketing team and assist in Ad hoc projects when needed
Competitive Analysis 20%
• Prepare monthly competitive reviews of new launches and go to market activities (national media, retail marketing, events, sampling) across Fragrance, Color, and Skincare
• Audit competitive Social/Digital initiatives and report back best practices
• Tag all internal and competitive national advertising in Magazines
Internal Reporting & Analysis 15%
• Report monthly digital reports on Digital, Social, and Search
• Assist in monthly reporting of Tom Ford launch performance
• Assist in maintaining competitive product portfolio inclusive of sku counts, product formats, and shade offering
PR Assistance 15%
• Assist with PR activities for By Kilian and Frederic Malle such as Event coordination and Influencer auditing of Earned Media Value
Qualifications
-0-2 Years of experience
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook,
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships within the team and cross-functionally
• Self-starter; adept at problem solving and analysis; and ability to work independently
• Interest and passion for North America marketing including Retailer presentations, launch activations, Digital/Social, and competitive landscape.
