Description
To support the Marketing Manager in calendar and category management by assessing competitive landscape, liaising with Global and planning the execution of key consumer engagement initiatives.
nternal Reporting & Analysis 30%
• Prepare monthly report on overall Tom Ford Business by category
• Assist in regular reporting of Tom Ford launch performance
• Assist in maintaining competitive product portfolio inclusive of sku counts, product formats and shade offering
Competitive Analysis 30%
• Prepare quarterly competitive reviews of new launches and go to market activities (national media, retail marketing, events, sampling) across Fragrance, Color, and Skincare
• Research and report back on competitive best practices and new white space opportunities
• Audit competitive Social/Digital initiatives and report back best practices
Consumer Marketing 25%
• Assist in developing regional engagement strategies including eventing, sampling and DMA –specific opportunities
• Assist in executing top tier retailer events
• Report on consumer trends and opportunities
Marketing Presentations 15%
• Prepare marketing presentations for Retailer market meetings
• Assist in presentations such as Upper Management meetings, Roundtable meetings, Global conferences, and ad hoc presentations when needed
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships within the team and cross-functionally
• Self-starter; adept at problem solving and analysis; and ability to work independently
• Interest and passion for marketing
