Overview
The Visual Merchandising Coordinator will support in-store merchandising and visual execution for all Francesca’s projects including ordering process for new stores, remodels, relocations, expansions, fixture conversions, and prototypes. In addition, this individual will support projects by communicating with vendors and cross platform teams, in addition to supporting and partnering with Regional Visual Managers, Visual Merchandising, and other teams to develop time and action plans. The Visual Merchandising Coordinator will manage time tables on projects through proactive and advanced planning with attention to detail in the ordering process. They will also be responsible for coordinating all administrative functions for visual orders, roll out programs, collateral based graphics, ensuring timely delivery and follow up for outstanding execution in processes.
Responsibilities
• Support the Regional Visual Managers and Visual Merchandising Team as needed on projects.
• Manage the ordering process and inventory for New Boutique Openings, Replenishment, Corporate Rollouts, Test Rollouts and Reorders.
• Source and communicate with vendors regarding orders. Manage samples, distribution lists and follow ups.
• Act as the liaison between the procurement and vendors.
• Create POs, in E-requestor program, manages pick list and coordinate drop dates.
• Provide timelines and schedules for visual department on a weekly, monthly, and annual calendar including, but not limited to drop shipments, directives, windows, deadlines, etc.
• Oversee inventory for reorders, New Boutique Openings, Renovations, and replenishments.
• Manage New Boutique Opening process by for pick sheets & matrices for each NBO and Renovation by category of business and fixture needed in partnership with Manager of Visual Merchandising.
• Maintain accurate budgets for all supply and visual categories for the Visual Department.
• Provide input regarding sourcing, ordering, distribution artwork, design process.
• Manage annual holiday décor process, including sourcing, ordering and distribution during peak time.
• Provide communication and visual directions to boutiques on roll out programs.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications
• o Knowledgeable in Word, and PowerPoint.
◦ Proficient in Excel, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
◦ Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills
◦ Ability to work independently.
