Executive Director, Brand Manager, Rodin
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Manage the growth and positioning of the global RODIN BRAND. Strategize and develop programs geared towards this market and drive business growth, leveraging key RODIN brand strengths in social media and digital engagement. Partner with local influencers and create disruptive 360 degree experiences. Leadership role on overall marketing management, brand development, innovation, planning, and financial modeling. Well-developed understanding and proven track record of leveraging social media to drive retail sales and brand awareness are critical. Innovation and creativity in point-of-sale merchandising and animation, driven by brand’s digital positioning, is key element of expertise.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Acts as the brand steward. Holds primary accountability for achieving brand sales, P&L (including NOP targets). Accountable for building brand awareness and driving brand equity.
• Develops and manages global sales, marketing and promotional calendars, budgets and objectives for retail partners.
• Develops best in class digital and social media activation strategies leveraging local influencers.
• Creates innovative product marketing programs according to consumer, retail, and competitive business trends. Innovates in-store merchandising and product presentation, leveraging social media and digital marketing activities
• Execute sales and marketing strategies including product positioning, pricing, advertising, public relations, partnership and promotional efforts. Develops and executes meaningful in-store events that build from social media-driven marketing activities, bringing the social world to life at point of sale
• Ensures customer and market share growth.
• Promotes and protects brand identity. Ensures consistent interpretation of brand global objectives and strategies.
• Recruits and coordinates field execution.
• Conducts regular competitive analysis, market data research, and monthly reporting. Provides consumer insights and makes strategic recommendations for competitive advantage.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: (Academic, Professional, Relevant Job Knowledge)
•10-12 years of exp

• Strong business acumen and decision-making skills— ability to set key performance indicators, analyze raw data into meaningful and actionable insights
• A results-oriented performer, who sets aggressive personal goals and deadlines, and consistently meets or exceeds targets.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, independent environment, and manage multiple concurrent projects while collaborating effectively to leverage cross-functional brand strengths
• Strong communication/collaboration skills, interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Creative, yet pragmatic approach to problem solving.
• Experience in cosmetics preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Brand Management (MBA Preferred).
• Strong analytical and financial background.
