Purpose:
The Director of Trade Marketing will be responsible for the alignment and execution of integrated marketing plans that support the needs of our wholesale accounts. This role will help deliver a consistent brand experience, Best in Class Retail Experiences and Trade Marketing Programs that result in Traffic, Sell Through and ROI Objectives. Through their leadership, all stakeholders will be operating with deep understanding of US Wholesale priorities and have clarity regarding roles and responsibilities and what success looks like.
Key Accountabilities:
• Leadership: Lead team of trade marketing, and field reps (team is managed by a direct report) in order to deliver Best in Class Retail Experiences and Trade Marketing Programs that result in Traffic, Acquisition, Sell Through and ROI Objectives
• Partner with Sales and CTC teams to create impactful channel and account plans that deliver against brand and financial targets
• Creating Consistency & Efficiency: Work with content and activation teams to seamlessly deliver consumer experiences that drive brand desirability and trial
• Help deliver ROI driven programs across all doors. Tactics may include: PR, media, print, radio, digital, consumer promotions, sales associate contests, in-store merchandising concepts, and event marketing.
• Cross Team Partnership: Act as primary liaison with Channel Leaders and their teams. Foster communication & alignment with regard to all planning and execution of initiatives.
• Provide data driven campaign recaps that constantly optimize our results
• Management of budgets to achieve business KPIs across channels

• Must be able to work closely with cross-departmental teams and navigate complex organizations.
• Strong knowledge of wholesale & retail marketing, advertising, merchandising and promotional concepts.
• Must be able to develop and manage projects and budgets.
• Attention to detail and solid execution skills a must.
• Travel 20%.
Qualifications:
1. BS/BA in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related discipline
2. Minimum 10 years of related marketing experience
