Anthropologie: Apparel Visual Communications Manager

Responsibilities
• Partner with the Senior Apparel Visual Merchandising & Communication Manager to execute seasonal apparel style outs
• Collaborate with the apparel visual team to execute seasonal prototypes
• Contribute a high level of visual merchandising and visual communication direction in collaboration with the apparel visual team
• Support apparel visual team with apparel communication content posted to the company intranet platform (weekly & seasonally)
• Assist with weekly & seasonal functionality of company intranet platform
• Partner with the Visual Graphic Designer to manage company intranet communication (weekly & seasonal)
• Manage visual direction & communication for BHLDN
Leadership:
• Maintain a collaborative and professional attitude
• Serve as a Home Office and Brand representative at all times
• Work in collaboration with the Senior Manager of Apparel & Accessories + Visual Communication regarding visual direction to stores
• Work in collaboration with the visual team to support Home Office and field prototype executions
• Work in collaboration with the Visual Graphic Designer to communicate weekly and seasonal visual direction to stores
Organization:
• Manage calendar and meet deadlines
• Assist with apparel communication needs on a weekly & seasonal basis
• Plan for short term and long-term initiatives
Communication:
• Contribute a high level of visual communication direction in collaboration with the apparel visual team
• Support apparel visual team with apparel communication content posted to the company intranet platform (weekly & seasonally)
• Assist with weekly & seasonal functionality of company intranet platform
• Partner with the Visual Graphic Designer to manage company intranet communication (weekly & seasonal)
• Manage visual direction & communication for BHLDN
Business Analysis:
• Responsible for on-going tracking and analysis of Apparel business
• Work with Senior Manager of Apparel & Accessories + Communication to determine apparel business focuses for the store communication
Qualifications
• A sincere passion for the Anthropologie Brand
• Knowledge, passion and awareness of fashion & retail trends
• Strategic approach to role and it’s contribution to the apparel business and total brand
• Ability to contribute to and balance visual, creative and analytical sides of the role and business
• Ability to form and maintain productive cross-functional relationships
• Ability to problem solve and develop creative solutions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Thrives and exceeds under challenging deadlines, while remaining a team player
• Interest and passion for digital & video communication
• Proficient in InDesign & Photoshop
• 4+ years of field visual merchandising experience
• 4+ years of visual management experience
