Sr Manager Digital Marketing & Social Media - Pearle Vision
Position:Full-Time

GENERAL FUNCTION The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will work with the Director of Brand Marketing to develop national and local marketing objectives and strategies that align to both short-term and long-term brand objectives. The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will assist in coordinating efforts of agencies, the Integrated Marketing Team, franchisees, and other partners to implement marketing plans and measure their impacts on business KPIs.
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Multi-Channel Brand Strategy
• Develop multi-channel digital campaigns, integrate brand initiatives and measure analytics of holistic strategic effort
• Plan future programs based on analysis and projected results
• Review analysis of campaign metrics to identify and derive key insights regarding trends and recommend strategies to maximize results Facilitate integrations across traditional and digital channels
Digital, Social and Mobile Planning
• Lead team of internal and external partners in development and implementation of digital, social, and mobile marketing campaigns
• Map customer journey in digital, social and mobile spaces for core customer segments
• Strategic ownership of digital media including Display and SEM
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop national and local social content
• Lead creative development and publishing of all digital assets
• Prepare activation briefs to support digital brand initiatives
Owned Platforms
• Continual enhancements to and maintenance of pearlevision.com and affiliated sites
• Oversee local listings network
• SEO optimizations
Franchise Digital Support
• Develop and execute strategies for enhancements of local franchise microsites
• Plan future versions and enhancements to create turnkey digital franchise solutions
• Plan and develop content updates to local marketing web interface
• Integrate internal and external feedback to enhance utilization of Balihoo platform
Marketing Support
• Field Marketing Manager Support including:
◦ Web and social media support for Franchisees
◦ Planning social media/digital training for Franchisees
◦ Franchise Facebook Places pages
◦ Overall social media training
• Digital campaign performance analysis (ROI)
• Budget management
• Other duties as assigned
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• 7+ years digital marketing experience in a retail and / or franchise organization
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
• Ability to think strategically and creatively
• Experience working with internal and external partners across multiple disciplines
• Technical knowledge of websites and digital advertising methods
• Excellent “soft” leadership skills, and Ability to influence others
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Excellent oral and written communication/presentation skills
• Proven project management and multi-tasking skills
• Understanding of media planning principles and core marketing concepts
• Understanding of consumer research methodology and types
• High School Diploma or equivalent
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• MBA preferred
• Experience working within a franchise organization a plus
