Visual Merchandising Manager - Optical Retail
Position:Full-Time

GENERAL FUNCTION
The Manager Visual Merchandise, In-Store Communications guarantees the proper execution of all Visual Merchandising activities for one or multiple retail brands in the Luxottica Retail portfolio. The position offers a deep knowledge of each area of Visual Merchandise (stores, VM standards, tools, etc) and leads a continuous interaction with the local brand teams. The Manager, In-Store Communications represents the point of contact for the collection of the brand VM local needs, allowing the corporate creative and supply chain department to develop the proper tools and graphics for each store, and coordinates the processes to give the execution instructions to the stores.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and implementation of local flagship from door execution and Visual Merchandising support for in store special events
• Maintain brand code sheets and distribution files maintenance
• Responsible for brand props management, and props inventory
• Interact with the brand local team (GM, Marketing, Operations, etc) and the corporate In-store communication team, building and maintain strong relationships and partner with In Store Communications leadership to influence
• NRR meetings/processes involvement
• Responsible for management and responding to short term local requests (tests, promotions, etc)
• Management and maintenance of the platforms for the communication to the stores
• Support in all the special VM activities (flagships front door execution, in-store events)
• Brand Budget management and consolidation responsibilities
• Effectively communication with retails store partners
• Management of projects for one or more specific retail brands
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field
• 5+ years in similar roles, preferably in the Retail channel, with multi-brands approach and high levels of complexity (Analytical skills, precision, reliability
• Ability to work in a changing environment in a new and complex organization
• Solid Project management skills
• Strong team skills and an aptitude for cross functional interactions
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Solid Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc)
