Responsibilities
• Manage internal communication with all departments at kss and ksny and licences
• Liase with Outside PR and VIP agencies
• Manage sample trafficking for editorial requests for both KSS and KSNY
• Manage orders and inventory for PR and VIP agencies- placing orders, sending product to agency, receiving past season product and submitting for sample sale
• Manage relationships with editorial staff at key media outlets
• Provide credit information for editorials
• Compile and distribute Monthly Credit Reports
• Maintain press archive
• Manage and facilitate all hi-res image requests
• Maintain PR closets
• Manage and Update PR toolbox- presskits, seasonal lookbooks, photos, quotes, etc
• Support and Execution of key PR events- NYFW, etc.
• Support and Execution of Internal Seasonal Presentations
• General administrative support of the PR team- T &E, gifting, editorial dinners, etc.
Qualifications
• Minimum of one to two years public relations management experience in the fashion and/or creative industries
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong understanding of brand aesthetics and market place
• Detail oriented proactive ability to multi task and prioritize
• College degree preferred
