L’ORÉAL USA UNDERGRADUATE SUMMER INTERNSHIP IN TECHNOLOGY
Become a pioneer and join our new Undergraduate Summer Internship in Technology! We are a customer-centric organization that is the backbone for over 30 brands, 11K employees, and millions of consumers.
As part of your 10-week internship in NY or NJ beginning in June, you will be placed in one of five different tracks based on your major, course work, prior internships, interests, and work experience:
1. Data Security
Cybersecurity, encryption, vulnerability testing, data loss prevention. Help us protect the data of our customers, partners, and employees. Preferred skills: familiar with cybersecurity, application and information security, risk management development, project management and testing; experience with SQL, Windows Active Directory, technical document writing.
2.Data Science
Algorithms, statistical modeling, big data. Apply your sklls to determine the optimal methodologies, models, and applications for data organization and analysis. Preferred skills: familiar with large-scale data analysis, information retrieval, knowledge of programming languages like Java or Python and at least one statistics/data analysis package.
3.Enterprise Infrastructure and Architecture
Cloud services, networks, design and scability, performance and stability. Help us continue build and improve the technology blueprint for our company. Preferred skills: familiar with networking, enterprise services support, project management / testing, Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, Cloud platform services Azure & AWS; storage, on-premise data centers, VMWare & virtualization.
4.Customer Applications and Architecture
From digital In-store experiences to mobile application development. Whether you have our consumer, our retail partner, or employee as your customer, use your skills to surprise and delight the end user. Preferred skills: familiar with application development, project management and testing in the digital space (eCommerce, mobile, web sites); consumer data, content & collaboration tools and analytics (CRM, SharePoint, SalesForce, SQL, Hadoop, NoSQL, HTML, Java & JavaScript).
5.Strategic Governance
Performance measurement, project management, risk analysis and controls. Leverage your talents to ensure we are best-in-class across our technology teams. Preferred skills: familiar with project management, resource & time management, budget and finance controls for technology projects, communications and presentation development.

Must Haves:
