Job Title: Brand Asset Manager

Section 2: Job Summary (limit your description to one paragraph)
• Maintains integrity of entire product catalogue
Facilitate the uploading and downloading of digital assets and product information (launch and re-launch)
Existing asset load activities (live and historic assets, usage rights metadata, including validating accuracy)
Product and Digital Asset management (assign appropriate taxonomy and metadata to assets)
Assist with documenting processes and procedures
Interact & work closely with internal teams to ensure adoption
Promote the use of the digital asset management (DAM) and Product Information (PIM) system
Support critical and time sensitive requests, enforces deadlines and on-time delivery
Establish new metadata standards and values as required
Develop visual workflows, data flows, process and business requirements
Support on-going PIM & DAM user interface optimization /enhancements according to best practices & user feedback
Creating and maintaining the user list including definition of roles, permissions, security policies, etc.
Manage workflows on the PIM
Communicates with teams to ensure content accuracy, consistency in form and best quality for delivery
Section 3: Job Requirements: (Typical years of experience, skills, certification and academic background to perform this job)
• Bachelor’s Degree, 3-5 years’ experience
Experience managing DAM systems (preferably with OpenText admin experience)
Understanding of collect/package assets (i.e., fonts, images, source files related to desktop publishing files)
General knowledge of photography, illustration, audio, and video software
Good general knowledge of Microsoft Office as well as InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
Comfortable in both Mac and PC platforms
Exceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize, work with competing deadlines, and ability to adapt to change is required.
Ability to interface with all levels of management and a wide spectrum of support personnel
Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with internal partners and vendors
Strong negotiation and influencing skill
Experience in change management and transformation nice to have
