Global Process Director - SEC Logistics
Description

The SEC team will drive end-to-end integration across hundreds of business processes, leveraging a flexible and scalable Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and best-of-breed technology solutions that support the retail experience of the future.
As our Global Process Director (Logistics), you will report to the SEC Logistics Senior Director and will engage directly in program requirement and design activities. You will lead, facilitate and provide subject matter expertise in the development and deployment of the future strategic Enterprise capabilities necessary to execute Nike's Global supply chain vision within the scope of Global Logistics
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
• Identify and define the critical capabilities needed to support Nike’s 2020 and beyond vision. Think strategically and provide input in the requirements and design process.
• Assess the impact of these capabilities on Nike’s Logistics function globally and locally.
• Partner with the Global and in-Geography Logistics Teams to ensure these capabilities are defined, implemented, and deployed as part of the Strategic Enterprise Capabilities Program.
• Demonstrate subject matter expertise and connect with subject matter experts to facilitate insights and best practices globally.
• Develop the x-functional and x-geo relationships required to ensure effective and efficient process and program execution.
• Ensure collaboration to coordinate plans and drive business results, process excellence and capability development.
• Collaborate with functional, x-functional and technical partners to develop realistic implementation/project plans.
• Facilitate and participate in Global SEC workshops for solution design and requirements definition.
• Lead and manage SEC logistics projects as required.
• Lead collaborative conceptual design activities in partnership with SEC, global/ GEO supply chain strategy and network strategy teams
• Collaborate across the matrix to design Nike's future ‘node’ requirements and to determine the system, process and operating model shifts required to operationalize
• Support development of GEO business transition management strategies and overall organizational readiness implications of a program spanning across multiple locations, businesses and years
Qualifications
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in supply chain discipline or related experience. In lieu of a degree an additional 2 years' additional relevant experience is acceptable
• Minimum of 8 years professional experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Technology, Program Management, Management Consulting, Strategy, or a related field.
• Expertise in supply chain management (Distribution Center/ Warehouse Management Planning, Inbound Transportation, Outbound Transportation, Goods/ Inventory Flow Planning, Retail Operations, Digital Supply Chain, Supply Chain Strategy/ Innovations, Supply Chain Analytics) is a plus
• Demonstrated success in cross-functional, global/ geo project/program execution.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to influence and facilitate process-based business discussions
• Ability to work effectively across all levels of management
• Experience with SAP and other solutions in the logistics space
• Role will be based in WHQ (Beaverton) with travel up to 25% of the year.
