Job Description
POSITION TITLE: Project Manager, Retail Marketing
POSITION PURPOSE:
The Project Manager drives sales, increases brand awareness and maintains brand integrity by developing and executing successful retail marketing programs.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Partner with both the field and mall marketing to sign-up and execute appropriate marketing programs.
Maintain in-store brand consistency from marketing and advertising campaigns to ensure that the brand image is maintained at an exceptional level for all events and promotions.
Develop and maintain integrated marketing calendar. Build relationships with merchants and cross-functional business units to ensure alignment.
Analyze and measure specific results for events and promotions based on store traffic and sales. Evaluate impact of all events and promotions and seek ways to improve results.
Create and execute brand appropriate marketing events and programs. Continuously evaluate effectiveness of marketing efforts and investments.
Develop meaningful and brand appropriate partnerships and co-branding opportunities.
Encourage repeat business through customer incentive programs, direct mail promotions and loyalty programs.
Maximize loyalty programs by creating and executing in-store events to sign-up new and reward existing members.
EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 2-4 Years
