Description
Objective:
Lead the Center of Excellence for Global Creative Services (GCS), a new, service-orientated function at ELC designed to support the Creative Operations Organization, through providing leadership, best practices, capabilities, training and assistance in Creative Operations.
Overview:
This team will be put into place to oversee, govern and evolve as needed new process, agency management, technology and talent enhancements put into place through the Creative Acceleration initiative.
The Vice President role will be critical in supporting Creative Directors and Ops leads as the go to partner focused on driving and supporting the new creative operating model, processes, capabilities and other creative enablers.
The Vice President must be an accomplished creative operations leader, with strong, results driven, relationship management and collaboration skills to ensure the success of the COE.
The COE will have four Pillars:
• Project Management:
Spearhead the implementation, adoption and ongoing evolution of process to the global brands and cross functional partners including marketing, GBSC, design centers, ELC online and the regions. This includes partnership with the GIS and external vendors in supporting process as it relates to new technology tools for Digital Asset Management and Digital Project Management. Once implementation is complete, continue to serve as a resource for troubleshooting current process, implementing new where needed, and explore opportunities for improvement. COE will have full oversight and responsible for tracking and supporting KPIs.
• Agency Management:
Oversee curation and governance of Creative Agency Roster, in partnership with IP and Global brands. ELC currently has a very large roster of agencies, therefore not leveraging scale of efficiencies. Through our partnership with IP, we need to reduce number of agencies, build strong, agile new roster, find new talent when needed and support brands in speed of bringing new agencies into ELC, ie MSA’s.
• Talent Buying:
As part of Agency Management, this new function will be built to support brands in tier B talent buying. This includes building agency relationships, negotiating rates and supporting the brands in talent buying.
• Internal Talent Coordination:
In partnership with HR, continue to support and evolve creative talent capabilities through ongoing training and development.
