Fox is seeking a talented Marketing Art Director to be based at our Irvine office for the SHIFT brand.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
• Responsible for print and video creative direction for the SHIFT brand
• Oversee all design projects and help to create brand consistency
• Deliver creative solutions to communicate brand objectives
• Responsible for all print creative direction and execution of seasonal print catalogs, advertising, packaging, trade materials, consumer collateral, etc.
• Will oversee all photo and video creative direction
• Will work closely with merchandisers and product managers to have a complete understanding of the product direction and objectives
• Will work closely with studio manager to keep all projects on schedule and see projects through completion in a timely manner
• Will determine the need for outside assistance, freelancers, copywriters, and creative agencies
• Will push and inspire the team to deliver the highest level of creative possible
• Will work with copy writer to assure tone is consistent with creative direction
• Works closely with interactive design director to help maintain a consistent brand presentation online
• Will have a very strong understanding of current and future design trends
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS ARE:
• Position requires heavy photography and video creative direction
• Position requires first-hand execution of all print and digital assets
• Knowledge of the action sports industry a big plus
• Must have the ability to develop creative solutions in a timely manner
• Proficient in all design programs within a Macintosh environment (preferred)
• 5-8 years in print design required. Knowledge of interactive design a plus but not required.
