JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an Assistant Marketing Manager, Global Collection's to assist in the execution of Levi’s Skateboarding Collection and Levi’s Workwear marketing programs and seasonal campaigns and keep all teammates up to date on relevant consumer trends that impact campaign development. Lead the development and execution of smaller marketing initiatives inclusive of the global digital advertising toolkits, global sell-in tools; and provide global coordination between regional and cross-functional teams.
Job Responsibilities:
• Assist the Senior Manager in the execution of key global marketing and seasonal initiatives for Levi’s Skateboarding Collection and Levi’s Workwear; through brief creation, creative reviews, and approval of final toolkits
• Lead various components and work streams within the final seasonal toolkit release, including the development of the digital advertising campaign and social channel needs.
• Lead the strategy and execution of smaller global marketing initiatives and programs in partnership with relevant cross-functional teams.
• Develop trend briefings and competitive analysis reports for distribution to the Global Consumer Marketing team that will help inform the Levi’s performance collections strategies, creative briefs, and ultimately build the brand’s relevance with consumers
• Facilitate product style outs in coordination with Stylists, Planning and Merchant teams
• Oversee the day-to-day relationship with external agencies and vendors to ensure delivery dates are met, creative process is handled in allotted number of review rounds, kept in scope and key stakeholders are brought in at the correct points in time to review the work as necessary
• Manage ongoing internal communication of performance collection marketing programs and seasonal activities; and communication with regional leads to gather recaps and results (i.e., status reports, recaps, brand updates and results). Serve as a Brand Marketing liaison for countries without dedicated Collections Marketing support.
• Maintain and manage the global marketing team’s financials – budget, signed estimates, purchase orders, invoices – in partnership with key Finance and Agency partners
• Provide team with ad hoc operational support
Skills & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study (Communication, Marketing, Business, etc.)
• 2-3 years of industry experience in integrated marketing (inclusive of digital, social, print, and engagement)
