YOUR IMPACT
As Symphony Commerce’s Brand Strategy Manager, you will:
Strategy and Consulting
• Build strong executive relationships with your Brands and work closely with Symphony management and internal teams to grow revenues and improve margin
• Develop and provide best-practice consulting on the Symphony Platform to achieve commerce goals (digital marketing, site optimization, attribution models, etc.)
• Create and present quarterly business reviews
• Analyze and act on key transactional, operational and financial metrics
Account Management
• Manage relationship for 3-6 Symphony Commerce partners
• Provide Strategic and Tactical expertise in commerce for high growth brands (such as lifecycle marketing campaigns or shipping rate optimization)
• Facilitate client onboarding process including account set-up, product training, expectation setting, and ensuring consistent implementation process
• Listen to your customers and interpret signals to proactively anticipate opportunities or issues
• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
• Advocate internally on behalf of your clients' needs (such as influencing product map)
• Monitor and maintain client health score and proactively drive action to reduce churn risk
• Operate as the lead escalation point of contact for any and all matters specific to your clients
ABOUT YOU
• Bachelor degree with minimum of 3 years experience managing clients or stakeholders such as a consulting background or customer success in e-commerce, retail or CPG experience as a strategist, brand manager, or success partner
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail and deliver results across multiple initiatives such as increasing revenue growth, customer satisfaction, feature adoption, and retention
• Exceptional organizational and analytical skills with experience in productivity tools like Google Analytics, Domo, Gainsight, Salesforce, Google Apps, MS Office
• Intense curiosity about brand merchandising, marketing and technology
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal)
• Ability to establish and maintain strong business relationships
• Up to 10% travel may be required
