Brand / division:Ermenegildo Zegna is an Italian luxury fashion house, specializing in men's clothing.
Position's Scope:
The objective of this role is to drive sales and enhance the brand position of the Ermenegildo Zegna, Ermenegildo Zegna Couture and Z Zegna lines in a major wholesale door in Los Angeles.
The Brand Manager will be a liaison between Ermenegildo Zegna and one of the brand's major accounts. They will help shape collection assortments and identify new as well as lost business opportunities. The specialist will develop strong relationships with not only the store's associates and personal shoppers but with the store's clients, as well.
This person will be an ambassador of the Ermenegildo Zegna brand. They will enhance the style, culture and service to create a uniquely Zegna experience in one of the group's most important wholesale environments.
Job responsibilities
The core responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Maximize sales of all Zegna categories offered in the door the position is located in.
• Maintain the highest level of product knowledge and customer service, enabling all sales associates and personal shoppers to maximize Zegna sales
• Promote the World of Zegna – RTW, MTM, Accessories and Shoes
• Be an expert on Zegna, its history, fabrics, workmanship, and DNA
• React to re-order opportunities, keeping track of the stock levels, optimizing inventory
• Provide context to weekly selling reports and standing vs. competitive brands
• Work with Zegna and the client visual merchandising personnel in order to set and maintain our merchandising standards
• Partner with personal shopping, and VIP client service units to maintain roster of all appointments and propose Zegna products in advance of rooms/rack being prepared
• Provide feedback and insight on missed opportunities, best sellers, competition, etc.
• Schedule and organize seasonal trainings, trunk shows, and special events for Zegna
• Make sure all new receipts and re-orders are introduced to the sales teams as they arrive
• Work with Sales Management during NY market for key buying appointments
Candidate's profile
• Bachelor's degree in related field
• Minimum 3 years experience
• Experience is not limited to a retail store environment but luxury sales experience is preferred
• Must be highly knowledgeable and passionate about sales.
• Must possess impeccable customer service, product presentation and communication skills
• MTM experience is a plus
• Italian speaking is a plus
