Director Communications, PVH Supply - PVH Corp.
This position is responsible for the development and distribution of key messages to inform, inspire and engage associates within the global Supply organization and across PVH and our brands. This position will focus on telling Supply's stories, through strategic communications plans with an emphasis on corporate messages and executive communications memos, talking points, presentations, etc. The position will partner closely with PVH's global communications and corporate branding teams to align strategies and identify opportunities to communicate.
Responsibilities:
• Develop corporate communications strategies to support the overall PVH Supply priorities
• Serve as the main point of contact for leadership communications
• Develop and reinforce key messages that tie to Our Company's overall strategies and values
• Support top projects and initiatives as a strategic partner that can also execute on a tactical level
• Create messages with impact
• Identify and tell stories about the Supply organization
• Develop and distribute content across multiple channels including, email, our corporate intranet, associate engagement app and social media channels
• Partner closely with PVH Comm communications and corporate branding teams to make messages more engaging
• Draft, Edit and Distribute memos, talking points, presentations, etc.
• Support corporate communications needs within Supply in close partnership with the global corp. comm lead
• Draft press releases
• Research publication opportunities
• Submit award applications
• Work in partnership with Corporate Communications and Marketing to own and manage asset library
• General team support:
• Conduct research and benchmarking projects to provide valuable insights to team
• Work confidently under tight deadlines while paying close attention to detail
Experience:
• 10+ years of writing, editorial and/or communications experience.
• Previous experience in corporate communications and/or executive messaging is a plus
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, English, Journalism or Marketing
Skills:
• Ability to write clear, concise content for all internal communications that reflect a consistent overall tone with understanding of key audiences
• Strong interpersonal skills; Ability to manage / develop relationships across groups and functions at all levels of the organization including senior leadership
• Strong project management skills
