Responsibilities:
• Creation and maintenance of quarterly visual sales and merchandising tools for internal and external product presentations
• Expand business knowledge of US product marketplace and current trends in the apparel industry
• Gain understanding of wholesale merchandising organizations and processes
• Tracking and maintaining samples
• Assist in the set-up and tear down of seasonal product meetings
• Creating visual assortments
• Assist in the review of product assortments, ensuring appropriate product positioning and alignment with brand strategies
• Work cross functionally with footwear merchandising team
Qualifications:
• Enrolled in BS/BA program in Marketing or Business
• Excellent organization skills
• Power point Savvy
• Strong computer skills, with knowledge of basic MS Office programs
• Proven ability to work independently, be proactive and multi-task in a fast pace work environment
• Self-Motivated and detail oriented
• Must be a Team Player
• Creative eye for fashion
• Must be able to commit 37.5 hours a week, Monday through Friday for 5-6 months.
