Beauty Sales Account Coordinator for the San Antonio and Austin market.
Responsibilities for Beauty Sales Account Coordinator:
• Responsible for the delivery of retail sales and relationship building with retail stores teams for brands assigned in territory. Will spend 70% of their time on the sales floor interacting with customers and employees. They are focused on growing the brands portfolio, driving productivity and gaining market share through delivering an elevated client experience and igniting passion amongst in store sales teams.
• Responsible for in-store training, education, coaching and developing of the sales team, execution of events and in-store animation, authentic brand story telling through direct consumer contact and social/media influence.
• Responsible for all assigned brands in the territory across multiple channels: specialty-multi, department stores and free standing stores.
• Develop, train, and coach store teams through regular, quality store visits and one-on-ones, resulting in achievement of productivity goals and brand & sales objectives
• Deliver effective sales coaching; lead by example to teach sales techniques for varying consumer profiles, including cross-sell techniques for new consumers. Observe store teams' interactions with consumers and provide frequent feedback on job performance. Identify development opportunities and deliver relevant training to cultivate talent and produce high-performing teams that exceed sales objectives.
• Develop influential relationships with staff to inspire and motivate them to achieve sales objectives. Provide ongoing brand training to create brand ambassadors and drive consumer engagement with brand for non-branded store staff members.
• Maximize selling staff's productivity through hour utilization, schedule optimazation, and goal management.
• Partner with retailers to identify and implement innovative in-store events, animations, activies, and displya concepts to drive in-store traffice and cater to the needs of the local consumer.
• Maintain and grow business partnership with accounts to ensure achievement of respective goals and objectives, know and develop good working relationships with District Merchants, Cosmetic Deparment Mangagers and Store Management to recognize opportunities that are consistent with the company's strategic direction.
• Perform final round interviews and provide performance reviews for brand owned staff, utilizing performance scorecards/metrics and feedback from People Management Center of Excellence to develop team.
• Efficiently plan travel and store visits, utlizing guidelines sent by Analytics Center of Excellence.
Job Qualifications for Beauty Sales Account Coordinator:
• Minimum 3 years sales and district/regional management experience driving sales and leading/developing a sales team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Thinks strategically - ability to anticipate and plan for the future.
• Leadership skills - must be able to motivate and mentor large teams
• Must have flexible style and be able to adapt to changes quickly.
