Marketing Coordinator role will support the SinfulColors and Pure Ice Global Marketing Team.
The role will assist a fast paced global marketing team to deliver trend leading innovations, highly engaging brand communications that delight consumers and drive Global Brand sales performance.
Major Duties:
Beauty Industry and Competitor Brand Analysis:
• Identify macro and micro consumer, seasonal and beauty trends, sharing with team on a regular basis.
• Highly engaged with the beauty industry and the ever changing ways to connect with consumers, sharing discoveries and learnings with the team
Updating Internal Global Brand Tool Kits
• Brand Information Library: Coordinating information across the brand team, compiling and publishing the document to internal share site and shared with Local Marketing Teams
• Lead the Product Comp Process: Organizing artwork, components and bulk needs to create comps for ad shoots and retailer sell-in meetings
• Ensure all product images are uploaded to internal share site
Merchandising Displays + Artwork
• Support Brand Managers in development of artwork briefs for both merchandising and product artworks
• Lead the execution of artwork changes through the internal systems to final approval
Brand Communications
• PR Agency: Managing distribution of materials and product with external agencies
• Consumer: Sample/Consumer Competition Product Management. Coordinating product giveaways on Social (executing no-charge orders, internal shipments, etc.)
Financial Support
• Preparing documentation for invoices/estimates, etc
• Routing for signatures/approvals
Product Management
• Assisting in maintaining and developing the product portfolio library for all existing and new product launches
Knowledge & Skills Required:
• BS/BA preferred or equivalent work experience
• 1-2 Years Experience
• Be adept in time management, execution, follow up, and have an attention to detail.
• Must have understanding or ability to learn category objectives and new product strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Computer savvy with strong technical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
