Coordinator, Retail Operations (BCBG)
Specific Responsibilities
• Responsible to support the day-to-day operations of the stores
• Collaborate with cross functional departments to support and communicate efficiently and effectively to stores via email, voicemail and company intranet
• Coordination and execution of the weekly corporate communication to the field
• Maintain vendor relationships and business process standards
• Evaluate and provide recommendations for existing or new processes, both internal and external to support department and store efficiencies
• Apply business analytics to plan and implement solutions which increase productivity and reduce operational costs
• Provides support to stores for tax, rent and business license renewals
Skills and Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2-4 years of relevant experience to include both store level and corporate setting
• Ideal candidate will have prior experience working in specialty retail
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite
