Marketing Coordinator - Distributed Brands

Main Areas of Responsibility
• Support the marketing of Distributed Brands including Estee Lauder, L'Oreal, Clarins and LVMH
• Assist in the development of launch and promotional strategies
• Interact with Customer Marketing team in the implementation of marketing and promotional programs and to satisfy all sales needs
• Communication of agreed brand strategies, brand restrictions, and marketing initiatives to Customer Marketing
• Keep up to date document of approved distribution by brand
• Assist in the seasonal development and execution of promotional programs/giftsets (interact with Customer Marketing, Packaging, Purchasing, Planning and Legal teams)
• Participate in promotional meetings twice per month in order to track each program and ensure timely completion within budget; record notes
• Obtain approved artwork and copy from Distributed Partners and work with Customer Marketing and EA Creative teams to fulfill retailer needs
• Creative Requests: ensure requests are feasible, check artwork, send for approval, coordinate and lead weekly internal meetings to review
• Coordinate photography of basic product and giftsets as needed
• Assist in the creation of PowerPoint presentations (including business review and retailer presentations)
• Item number setup (PPRs): draft, receive authorization, distribute, revise information as needed
• Sell Sheets: complete, distribute, post on portal, revise as needed
• Fact Sheets: complete, distribute, post on portal, revise as needed, discuss at operations meetings
• Obtain brand samples and distribute as needed for sales/presentation needs
• Assist in pricing discussions and strategies
• Work with multiple departments to create programs to delevereage excess inventory
• Review retailer sell-thru data and communicate to Distributed Partners as needed
• Coordinate mass holiday gift set comp project: handle brand specific orders by coordinating with Distributed Partners, Customer Marketing and Comp Vendor, place orders, ensure delivery to Pembroke Pines office
• Store visits to assess product visibility and in-store merchandising displays/competitive shopping
Requirements & Skills
• BA/BS required
• 0-3 years relevant experience
• Excellent computer skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
• Excellent communication skills essential (strong written, verbal and presentation skills)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Project management skills
• Financial orientation and analytical skills
