LATAM Associate Producer, ELC Online
Description
The Regional Associate LATAM Producer reports to the Regional Online Production Lead and is responsible for the management and production of all websites, features, enhancements and maintenance projects from inception through launch. You will define scope, plan and execute all online development projects, oversee maintenance support, as well as managing the business relationship with key stakeholders and partners in the region.
We are looking for a driven, pro-active and successful producer/project manager with a history of working in a fast paced and high stakes environment adept at different project management methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work closely with Online Production Lead and Business teams to create and maintain the roadmap and portfolio of websites, features, enhancements and maintenance for the region.
• Receive and analyze Business requests, capturing requirements and working with all teams to develop scope and identify project needs and solutions.
• Work with Engineering and Operations teams to start projects and setup of all necessary phases according to plan and roadmap.
• Create and execute a detailed project plan with key milestones, dependencies, and resources in collaboration with Business, Creative and Engineering teams.
• Own weekly reporting and team meetings to review project status, risks and mitigation.
• Ensure that all teams are notified promptly of any potential change in project scope and expected deliverables.
• Act as a quality gatekeeper for all brand deliverables and ensure that guidelines are followed and that the product is reviewed only after meeting Brand’s standards.
• Partner with QA team and oversee quality of the project, ensuring that the best use of resources at all times is in line with the project plan, Brand and Production standards and within budget constraints.
• Work with Release Manager, Systems and Operations teams to create and execute launch plans for projects.
• In partnership with Business and Maintenance teams, oversee and coordinate maintenance tasks, boards and tickets to ensure smooth and efficient operation and timely resolution of issues.
• Point of contact for Business and Maintenance teams seeking direction and decisions regarding maintenance items or issues.
• Own weekly status meetings between Business, Maintenance and Engineering teams to review Production site and features rollout plans and maintenance boards.
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of project management with a strong understanding of web technologies and production processes involved in online development.
• Strong leadership with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects of varying scope & partner agencies in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem identification, structuring and analysis skills with a pro-active and positive resolution approach.
• Flexibility and ability to work with decision makers and to react effectively to change.
• Self-disciplined and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently and with a sense of urgency.
• Comfortable with web applications, CMS and project management tools with a natural tendency to use them at their fullest potential, capabilities and benefit.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including expertise with Jira.
