PRINCIPLE OBJECTIVE:
Works with Executive Director to develop and execute strategic, integrated and consumer-centric go-to-market promotional programs with 360 campaign activation for Fragrance, Makeup and Holiday Promotions (net $ contribution of $185MM)
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Work with Executive Director to develop innovative promotional programs that support the global marketing calendar and the brand’s key strategic objectives with strong storytelling, and a complete 360 activation to recruit new consumers and protect our loyal consumers.
• Lead the development and execution of Holiday (Fragrance, Makeup, Promotions), CNY, Mother’s Day, Look Kits, Violette Sets and Everyday Gifting. Lead program from inception to market always ensuring program stays on track and provide resolution when development isn’t moving forward.
• Drive consumer engagement strategies at key gift giving times of year through dynamic O2O campaigns.
• Have a digital first mindset in creation of all programs and campaign planning. Have complete knowledge in social media and be an active user in order to have an understanding of what is needed to win in Promotions.
• Work with Executive Director to drive Creative 360 meetings to collaborate with Creative and Consumer Engagement teams to identify digital first, consumer engagement strategy for all digital (social, in-store and advertising) support element for assigned programs to ensure there is a new story each season with a cohesive message at all consumer touch points.
• Solicit feedback on current 360 initiatives and research new opportunities to evolve strategies.
• Responsible for developing cost feasibilities reducing costs where possible. Monitor progress and question inconsistencies.
• Responsible for the Everyday Gifting Program working with Design, Corporate Print Purchasing and Visual Merchandising. Recommend new elements to enhance the programs for holiday and year-round.
• Consistently executes programs on time, ensuring we meet all key milestone development dates of all fragrance, makeup and holiday promotions timetables.
• Work with Executive Director to develop compelling makeup set mixes analyzing competitive trends, storytelling opportunities, 360 activation opportunities to determine best concept, and building cost and pricing strategy to align with concept.
• Work with Design and Packaging to brainstorm new breakthrough innovative packaging, component and vehicle ideas.
• Lead PPD discussion, driving program development and ensuring programs stay on track. Lead resolutions for challenges that arise.
• Write and post Global Offerings for assigned programs, communicating the overarching strategy for each season based on product priorities. Provide affiliates with accurate, timely information and updates regarding all aspects of the program.
• Analyze and evaluate forecast recaps.
• Prepare Creative Turnover presentation each season and present to creative support groups.
• Ensure Coop Advertising layouts are brand enhancing and linked to launch and priority focuses.
• Work with NOAM on pricing strategy for all sets.
• Monitors competition to identify any gaps, should be well versed in NPD.
• Oversee Assistant Manager to ensure all paperwork is prepared to initiate programs and updated when needed.
• Assist in preparation for Senior Management meetings, retailer presentations and Regional Round Tables.
• Assist Executive Director with special projects as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• 8+ Years related experience.
• College Degree required.
• Excellent Organization, communication and follow-through skills are needed.
• Multi-functional, flexible to handle ever changing priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications: Word, Excel and PowerPoint. IBM, AS 400, IPS, IMW, CPMS, GMW, and NPD to be learned
