Your Role
We have a new opportunity for an experienced CRM Marketing Director, based in our global headquarters in Richardson, Texas who will be responsible for managing a team and taking the lead on our CRM initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
• Work with leadership, cross-functional and vendor partners to ensure systemic optimization for data hygiene, analytics, segmentation and customer insight and understanding
• Maintain a deep knowledge of consumer product needs, traffic drivers and behaviors, including appropriate acquisition, retention, re-engagement, and win back initiatives. Be a source of knowledge around the consumer, drive learning and understanding across the organization – evangelize the “voice of the customer”
• Evaluate drivers of loyalty across Fossil’s key customer segments, enhance existing segmentation strategies and recommend models to improve operational program metrics
• Lead the development and management of targeted marketing programs based on fact-based insights that drive consumer engagement, increase frequency of visits, maximize conversion, and lift revenue per customer
• Apply best practices in the area of customer segmentation and analytics in support of marketing strategy and program development and execution
Your Skills
Skills & Experience
• 8-10+ years of CRM, Loyalty or related marketing field experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Master's preferred
• Experience in retail, ecommerce is highly preferred
• Experience working with large datasets including multi-channel, multi-brand, multi-product, decisioning engines/Artificial Intelligence
• Track record of success in providing analysis, strategic direction, and specific business recommendations to senior management on critical decisions
• Proven success training and developing staff (direct reports), and success with “training” and “influencing” cross-functional/internal clients
• Strong analytical, project management, storytelling and communications skills Critical Competencies for Success: Consultative Influence Style – This position and this person will only be successful if they can build relationships by serving stakeholder needs. A service mentality and orientation is essential.
• Problem solving – Strong conceptual problem solving skills and business judgment. Ability to simplify the complex, and drive teams to action.
