Bass, among others is seeking an Image Asset Coordinator to join it's team based in New York City.
Responsibilities
● Support photo team in ensuring all items requested have been shot, processed and
labeled correctly in the appropriate folder
● Partner with Ecomm Art Director to make selects during e-commerce photo shoots
● Responsible for uploading all final image to internal server and delivering to key players
after each shoot
● Upload all metadata to image management system for Catalog
● Create and organize file structure
● Keep complete and thorough records of all final images
● Prioritize and fulfill daily asset requests from internal teams and external partners
● Effectively partner with retouching suppliers to communicate delivery of selects and
timely delivery of final retouched assets
● Communicate unresolved image issues to manager / organization as necessary
● Support daily file management functions as well as special projects including; migrations,
file archive on-boarding, validation and purging
● Route images to ensure cross functional key players have given input on product
accuracy
Qualifications
● 2+ years of experience in archiving and eCommerce asset management
● Comprehensive understanding of photography, video and social media file formats and
terminology
● Excellent verbal and written communication
● Meticulous attention to detail and organized with excellent follow up skills
● Strong time management and ability to multi-task priorities
● Must be a team player and be able to work well within a small team environment
● Proficient in Microsoft Office (excel) and knowledge of Adobe programs (Photoshop,
Bridge, Illustrator)
● Organized and familiar with saving to servers
● Prior experience with image management systems is a plus
● Basic image editing skills is a plus
