Coordinator, Production - BCBG Dresses
Specific Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Ensure that all production items are consistent (line sheets, design cards, yields, and fabric specs)
• Consistently maintain PDR, noting any/all changes and updates.
• Monitor WIP & submit delivery slides when needed.
• Run daily WIP to review updated shipment status for all styles in each delivery
• Request and review FCR documents for any POs that are past their ship dates
• Work closely with various depts. to ensure items are being approved within due dates of T&A
• Prepare all pre-cost packets for each delivery
• Manage reorders and late adds.
• Send out costing documents/costing samples in order to receive factory costs and T&As. Negotiate all costs and T&As with vendors.
• Input itemized cost breakdown for garment components into PDM
• Submit cost sheets for approval and manage all revised and final costing.
• Upload all Original, Revised, and Final cost sheets onto internal cost sheet server once approved
• Approve bulk & trim approvals and send out color standards to vendors for trims.
• Facilitate communication between vendors/agents and various departments within BCBG
• Maintain Mark Up Report
• Issue Debit Notes when needed
• Send out UPC codes to factories for all styles.
• Check shipment samples
• Review SGS tests and approve Care/Content Labels, upload onto PDM once approved
• Resolve any Production related issues.
• Ensure that all deadlines from corporate calendar are being met.
• Attend Design Pass Off Meetings for each delivery
• Notify departments once a style has been confirmed and placed with a vendor
• Prepare relevant information for daily fittings for Production Manager and Director
• Review any fabric defects with Production Manager and Director and advise vendor on how to proceed
• Help facilitate communication between vendor and supplier if needed

Education and/or Experience
• Apparel related Associates or Bachelor Degree
• Minimum 3 years’ prior experience
Computer Skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
