Responsibilities:
• Own creative briefing, creative review and execution of top line promotions including:
◦ Cross-brand promotions
◦ Cultural event promotions
◦ Quarterly refreshes of seasonal creative library (flex promos, store drivers)
• Own in-season US/CA online promotions content calendar and help manage promotion change process with key business partners
• Support Sr. Manager on the development of Commercial Event site and email content; specifically owning in season management of commercial email briefing and execution, plus other site support as needed
• Partner closely with Omni Marketing and Seasonal Planning team; receiving internal strategy briefs and translating into creative-facing briefs, owning “how it comes to life” in site and email channels
• Assist in driving strategy and testing content ideas to drive promo effectiveness
• Develop promo content with a customer focused lens and execute flawlessly to minimize friction at all promo touchpoints
• Own brief creation, feedback delivery, and final QA of promotional marketing content across site and email
• Foster solid partnerships with cross functional teams including but not limited to: Omni Seasonal Planning, Marketing Operations, Ecommerce Operations, Email Strategy, Legal, and the Credit Card Team
• Manage ongoing competitive analysis, present insights on industry trends and best practices
Required Skills:
• 2-3 years of experience in online marketing; promotions experience strongly preferred
• Incredibly organized and highly detail-oriented
• Solid analytical skills, ability to glean insights and tell a story from data
• Team player who can foster excellent working relationships with cross functional partners from many areas
• Proactive self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changeable environment, cool under pressure
• BA/BS required
