• Key point person for in store (retail) production: Carters, OshKosh Bgosh, Co-Brand
• Support the management of two multi million dollar annual budgets, including invoice tracking and submission
• Oversee and Manage all projects- create and maintain schedules, budget tracking & milestones, while keeping in line with marketing cadence.
• Actively participate in weekly production meetings with key internal business partners
• Facilitate the production and delivery of all 2D assets (print).
• Facilitate the production and delivery of all 3D assets (props).
• Manage all initial 2D and 3D needs for new stores, renovations, closings and special projects.
• Manage vendor relationships- RFP process, vendor contracts, and selection.
• Research innovations in print technology and materials to keep marketing vehicles fresh.
• Responsible for all store needs, i.e. damages, missing pieces, etc., fulfill through DM and direct Store contact.
• Oversee and manage all in-store inventories of Marketing collateral.
• Oversee and maintain store surveys.
• Participate in and gather critical information during meetings/store visits, and apply to future strategies and decisions.

• Support the management and administration of the Carters Retail Marketing Budget and Osh Kosh Bgosh Retail Marketing Budget.
Experience and Skills
• Expertise in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, production techniques and project management skills
• Ability to balance and manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment; must be well organized, self-motivated, collaborative and have an understanding of basic design principles, branding, and product presentation.
• Strong attention to detail
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelors degree or equivalent of 5+ years in related industry or business
• Proven knowledge of print and 3D
• Vendor Management experience
• Specialty retail experience is preferred
