Marketing Manager - Americas Key Accounts:

The Key Accounts Marketing Manager works directly with the NORA Wholesale Marketing Team in collaboration with Global Marketing to develop, implement and measure account-specific marketing programs that drive store traffic and sales of Vans products across all sales channels. How You Will Move the Needle:
• Works closely with Marketing Director and Sales Directors in each sales channel to build, implement, measure and analyze account-specific marketing plans by season..
• Works closely with NORA product merchandising team across each sales channel to align key account marketing plans with seasonal product assortments.
• Develop collaborative relationships with all cross functional partners including:NORA Marketing, Sales Teams, Environmental Design, Brand Design, Consumer Marketing, and Events and
• Attend key trade show events to support Key Accounts and foster relationships.
• Support and track marketing budget and account specific spends alongside Marketing Director in order to plan, execute, measure and analyze marketing strategies properly.
• Partner with the Creative Services teams to request, develop and supply account specific assets for in-store, online and other marketing collateral needs.
Skills for Success:
Years of Related Professional Experience: 4-6+
Educational/ Position Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of experience and training that provides required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Skills:
• Detail oriented
• Ability to think strategically and act tactically
• Strong interpersonal communication
• Excellent presentation and problem solving skills
• Comfortable in self-starter environment
• Basic computer skills – Microsoft Word and Excel, Outlook, Keynote
• Ability to work in an open environment with product team and cross-functional partners
Special Physical and/or Mental Requirements:
• 25% + travel
• Ability to be flexible and willing to work extended hours when necessary
• Bend, lift, open and move product and related office items varying in weight from 1 to 25lbs, depending on need
