Aramis and Designer Fragrances is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity to join its marketing department as Marketing Coordinator, Fragrance. This role reports to the Product Manager.
The primary responsibility of this role is to support the Product Manager in the successful implementation of all marketing programmes. This includes the development and execution of seasonal new product launches, repromotes, helping to maintain existing lines and the execution of the Christmas programme. This role has full responsibility of ensuring the timely and cost effective creation, implementation and tracking of all non-saleable elements of the marketing programme in accordance with Global Brand guidelines. In addition, this role has full responsibility of the monthly NPD competitor analysis and creation of monthly E-News and seasonal sell-in pages for Fragrance.
This role plays a key role in supporting the Product Manager in updating the marketing calendar, budget management, post launch collation and analysis, pricing, media and inventory control of samples and testers. The candidate will be proactive in recommending tactics on key learnings and areas of future development for the Fragrance.
The role will be a key point of contact for cross functional departments and will require close liaison with Digital, Sales, BMG, Creative, E-Commerce, Education, Communications, Purchasing and the Field.
Qualifications
Candidates should be degree educated and have experience at an assistant or coordinator level working in a marketing function, preferably within the Cosmetics or Luxury Brand Industry. They will be highly numerate and consumer centric with great attention to detail. They must be computer literate (Word, Excel) and be proficient in PowerPoint.
The ability to work effectively under pressure, juggling many projects with proven organisational skills and a positive can do attitude is essential. The ideal candidate should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and be excited at the opportunity to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
