• Building reports and reporting on a weekly, monthly, quartile and year basis.
• Assist in compiling Hindsight documents
• Updating & managing the Dept WSSI’s driving sales thru inventory flow.
• Actualising & managing the OTB to maximize sales & identify risk.
• To assist the Planner in the planning Ecom & budgets, annually, monthly & daily basis at department and country level
• Partner with the Buying team to maximize sales and profit by monitoring sales and stock penetrations on key programs as well as clearance.
• Partner with buying team in ensuring the right range is selected for ecommerce, in the right depths and supported with key initiatives
• Partner with the site merchandising team to ensure the right products of featured and drove at the right time
• Work cross functionally across all departments to ensure the maximum sales opportunity is optimised
• Identify and communicate sales opportunities and stock liabilities on a regular basis.
• Ensure that buy quantities and stock levels meet current sales trends and maximize readiness for key selling time periods.
• Assist the site merch team on line lists, assets and management of stock for product focuses
• Collate and distribute insights from ecommerce to help shape trading opportunities
• Support the US and EU site merch teams to ensure processes are followed and delivered on time
Person Specification
• Experience in Retail Planning, Ecom planning Store Planning and/or allocation
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
• Computer Literate – Advanced Excel Skills
• Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills
• Ability to thrive in entrepreneurial environment
• Handbag/Accessories or Ready-to-wear background preferred
• Experience in large high street retailers also preferred
• Strong analytical skills, creative problem solving skills and ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment are a must, candidates must be dynamic & resilient and happy to do business at fast pace
