This is a 3 month freelance contract position.
• Lead the activation of brand and seasonal campaigns for all digital channels for the AEO brand
• Manages creative execution of Digital Media activations + projects with cross-functional teams and agencies
• Drive seamless cross-functional alignment of marketing initiatives and programs ensuring they are delivered on time
• Drive development of seasonal content plan, partnering with styling, business strategies, creative & brand voice to ensure alignment back to overall content strategy
• Enable marketing teams with processes and creative solutions to deliver assets that meet the needs for the season, the business and the brand
• Partner closely with internal/external cross functional partners to ensure fluid partnership and alignment on key initiatives related to digital (creative, business strategies, site merch, development, etc)
• Oversee the scheduling and trafficking of all digital media project work
• Manage relationship/budget with agencies in relation to digital creative
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent required. Advanced degree (Master’s / MBA preferred).
• 8+ years previous Marketing experience preferably in a retail environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong prioritizing, analytical, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion) & planning skills
• Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team
• Ability to work with and influence senior management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
• Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting.
