SEEKING FACILITIES COORDINATOR TO CONNECT WITH OUR ICONIC BRAND

The Facilities Coordinator is primarily responsible for the facilities management system, compliance metrics and reporting, administrative duties, in addition to other duties as requested. This position will support the Building Operations Manager, fellow facilities Technicians as well as outside vendors.
Responsibilities
Coordinator Responsibilities
• Asset Maintenance - Manages the creation and assignment of asset numbers. Performs required asset audits
• Reports Facilities metrics as directed by the Building Operations Manager
• Preventive Maintenance - Coordinate the reconciliation, creation and modification of equipment maintenance and report any discrepancies into the work order tracking system. Assign the preventive maintenance work order request to the appropriate technician
• MRO Buying - Coordinate the procurement and distribution of materials, parts, equipment, and supplies while staying within budget
• Work Order Maintenance - Maintains, receives, logs, tracks and dispatches work order requests to the appropriate technician, utilizing the computer work order tracking system. (approx. 300 requests per month). Ensures data integrity within the work order system
• Implementation and maintenance of inventory control, budget maintenance of spare parts
• Provide clerical and administrative support for the Facilities Building Operations Manager including, but not limited to, invoicing reconciliation, and expense reports
• Project Management scheduling to allocate projects to the appropriate technician
• Provide support to the Facilities Engineer with any project work as needed
• Coordinate as well as contact outside vendors, for service calls as required
Compliance Metrics and Reporting Responsibilities
• Assists in maintaining compliance with government agencies by compiling and maintaining reports (i.e. Waste Water Compliance Reports, Hazardous Waste Manifests, FM Global Annual Inspection reports, Required Permit Reports)
• Ensures facilities policies, procedures and programs are being met and makes recommendations for improvement when needed
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
• 3-5 years’ experience
• Associates degree in a related field
• Strong communication skills: verbal, written and presentation
• Strong computer skills: Microsoft package (Word, Excel, Project)
• Ability to understand, communicate and create technical manufacturing documentation
• Strong technical background and familiarity with ordering manufacturing/facilities supplies and parts
• Strong organizational skills; ability to prioritize and flexibility to changes
• Strong reasoning ability and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a team atmosphere
• Must be able to multi-task
• Flexibility, strong attention to detail and accuracy, quality standards, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff
Preferred Qualifications:
• Project management experience
• JDE or business equivalent enterprise resource planning software
