Senior Coordinator, Communications - PVH Corp.
The Senior Coordinator, Communications is responsible for the development and distribution of key messages to inform, inspire and engage associates globally across PVH and our brands. This position will focus on creating strategic communications plans, and executing multi-channel campaigns for specific departments within the organization with an emphasis on the HR function, including learning and development, talent management, Inclusion and Diversity and US Benefits.
Responsibilities:
• Develop communications strategies for department or functional areas with an emphasis on HR and people:
• Serve as the main point of contact for internal "clients."
• Develop and reinforce key messages for departments or functions that tie to our Company's overall strategies and values.
• Support top projects and initiatives as a strategic partner that can also execute on a tactical level.
• Create messages with impact
• Develop and distribute content across multiple channels including, email, our corporate intranet, associate engagement app and social media channels.
• Partner with corporate branding to make messages more engaging.
• Draft, Edit and Distribute memos and other written materials.
• Coordinate with members of the PVH Comm Content and Corporate branding team to ensure all deliverables are presented to the "client."
• General team support:
• Schedule executive level meetings, prepare meeting materials, create outlines / take notes, etc.
• Conduct research and benchmarking projects to provide valuable insights to team.
• Work confidently under tight deadlines while paying close attention to detail.
Qualifications
Experience:
• 3-4 years of writing, editorial and/or communications experience.
• Previous experience with HR Communications is a plus.
Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, English, Journalism or Marketing.
Skills:
• Ability to write clear, concise content for all internal communications that reflect a consistent overall tone with understanding of key audiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills; Ability to manage / develop relationships across groups and functions at all levels of the organization including senior leadership.
• Strong project management skills.
