Overview
The Program Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing cross channel digital strategies and tactical plans for marketing campaigns such as anniversaries and product launches. The position will also develop marketing tactical plans for service programs such as Registry, in-store pickup, and Made to Order. This position will also be the driver of website personalization in partnership with creative, merchandising and testing teams.
The marketing specialist will work with the digital marketing team to ensure tactics for each campaign are profitable and align with the strategies set. The Specialist will also partner with the brand marketing team to ensure the digital strategies and tactics align with retail plans.
Responsibilities
• Partner with the marketing campaign manager to build out strategies and tactical plans for all marketing campaigns. Work with the Paid Marketing Manager and the Contact Strategy Manager to ensure execution of plans happens on time and as envisioned.
• Hindsight digital support of campaigns to understand performance and improve future campaigns.
• Provide email inclusion & site marketing (footer, narvar etc) direction to ensure all brand messages are supported throughout the year.
• Lead website personalization efforts through brainstorming segmentation opportunities, analyzing potential impact and partnering with creative teams to build a schedule for testing and implementation.
• Develop strategies and tactical plans to support services programs such as Registry, in-store pickup and Free Shipping.
• Manage all adhoc digital marketing projects: AnthroPerks FS, Terrain Capsules, new landing pages etc
• Manage International digital marketing strategies focusing on Canada, Australia, and Mexico.
Qualifications
• 2-4 years of previous digital experience (Paid marketing or Email marketing preferred)
• Experience with Coremetrics, Omniture, or Google Analytics is strongly preferred
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment on multiple projects
• An understanding of the Anthropologie.com customer and brand identity
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
