As the Director of Digital Supply Chain Operations for North America, you will be leading a team of passionate supply chain professionals dedicated to ensuring the Nike delights consumers throughout their digital commerce journey. Digital is a key growth driver for the Geography. Flawless execution of our supply chain is critical toward delivering our aggressive growth targets.

• Impatient with our pace of change, wondering how industry players can seemingly deliver multiple enhanced consumer experiences in rapid succession.
• Curious about how our digital supply chain survives in a historically wholesale-centric infrastructure.
If so, then you are the candidate to lead our Digital Supply Chain Operations team with the following responsibilities:
• Coordinate the execution of our supply chain to ensure that our consumers’ expectations are exceeded. This starts with the basics: secure sufficient capacity and inventory to fulfill consumer demand as promised
• Test to ensure that our consumer is being served well and that newly created capabilities are functioning as designed
• Build efficient business processes to improve how we operate; leverage the scale of our supply chain as fiscal weapon to help deliver bottom line dollars
• Represent our digital supply chain to senior leadership through business and performance reviews, project updates and investment plans
• Develop close partnership as a virtual team with our Planning, Fulfillment, Transportation, Tech and Consumer Services organizations
Qualifications
• Bachelors / Master Degree in Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• 8+ years relevant work experience in e-commerce or related consultancy
• Experience managing large scale and cross functional projects
• Strategic thinking and vision competences
• First class communication skills
• Influencing & leadership in a complex matrix organization
• Result driven, analytical and focused on problem solving
