Coordinator, National Marketing - Tommy Hilfiger
The Coordinator, National Marketing will provide overall marketing support to National Marketing team for US & Canada Company Stores.
Responsibilities:
• Creating and updating promotional marketing presentation documents
• Compiling of all quarterly planning documents & materials
• Own the creative routing process to obtain necessary signoffs from Marketing team and other cross-functional partners
• Proofread all creative and versions for consistency in messaging and layouts
• Support field partnerships to solicit feedback and evaluate marketing initiatives
• Create & manage marketing collateral store distribution lists
• Initiate creative briefs for marketing programs, partnering with internal Creative Studio and Print Production teams
• Partner with cross functional partners to update annual promotional calendars
• Request & Manage barcodes for all marketing materials
• Write store communications and program-specific store communications to inform the field of upcoming marketing activities
• Manage invoice processing and maintain cost tracking and updates
• Gather and share competitive samples, research, and data regularly
• Strong understanding and execution of brand standards and guidelines
• Create campaign budget documents for cost analysis; process invoices; update costs for program analysis
• Responsible for updating and distributing briefs, updating marketing presentations, and execution plans
Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree; Marketing or Business degree, a plus
• 1-3+ years marketing experience; agency background a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills; positive, energetic, empathetic and open minded
• Extraordinary attention to detail and organizational skills
• Flexibility to adjust quickly to changes and deliver on tight deadlines
• Must be proactive and solution-oriented, with a strong sense of urgency
• Retail experiences or other direct customer marketing experiences desired
• Proactive and excellent relationship-building skills
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook, Access experience a plu
• Strong attention to detail
• Proactive and excellent relationship-building skills
• Creates recommendations and procedures to improve operational efficiency
• Strong understanding of brand standards
• Ability to think of and contribute creative ideas for national promotions from competitive monitoring and personal experiences
• The environment is extremely fast-paced and deadline driven and maintains a supportive and team-oriented atmosphere
