Responsibilities
As a Senior Administrative Assistant I, you will provide diversified administrative support within the Value Chain parterning directly with the Executive VP of Value Chain and Leadership team. In this role, you will have direct interface with customers, suppliers and internal associates and serve as a go to resource for the Value Chain. You will assist with preparing a variety of presentations and reports on a routine basis. You will maintain confidential documents and files. You will be responsible for making travel arrangements and coordinating off-site meetings. Representing the Executive VP of Value Chain, you will act with discretion and professionalism when answering telephone calls and screening and responding to emails and mail. Your knowledge of the organization will allow you to refer matters to appropriate departments. You will collaborate and build relationships with other executives and administrative personnel to ensure efficient office operations.
Qualifications
• Associate’s degree plus a minimum of 5 years of related experience.
• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must show initiative and be action-oriented.
• Advanced analytical skills required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize and to change priorities as the need arises.
• Excellent computer skills—Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint.
• Ability to interact confidently with all levels of senior management and internal and external customers.
