JOB PURPOSE
The Marketing officer supports the coordination and delivery of the brand and product marketing activities for Asia South marketing team. The Marketing officer will partner with all marketing functions in the regional team and in market marketing team to execute integrated marketing & communications plans to deliver business and marketing objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supports the PR, Media & Retail Marketing functions in the regional office in ensuring brand and product strategies are carried out effectively to ensure synergy of communications across markets.
• Coordinate or Implement activities planned for increasing market awareness, product demand and drives brand growth through strong integrated marketing campaigns including digital marketing strategies
• Assist the Director of Marketing, Asia South in conducting insightful, relevant and fact-based analysis on market trends and activities outcome.
• Responsible for dissemination of all press releases to the relevant in country marketing team or media distribution list and post campaign coverage reporting to headquarters
• Responsible for the coordination and collection of daily monitoring of newspapers/magazines/online sites and blogs through the in-country marketing teams.
• Responsible for the daily compilation of press/media clippings/digital screen grabs for the PR agency to calculate the coverage value.
• Responsible for highlight any market news/interesting mentions
• Relevant duties or projects as assigned by the Director of Marketing, Asia South.
PERSONAL PROFILE
• Bachelors degree in marketing & communications or any relevant degree or diploma
• Demonstrable working experience in PR and Communications in luxury/fashion industry
• Fluent in both written/spoken English and native local language
• Having strong press/influencer relations is preferred
• A good sense of self-presentation representing the brand
• Highly organized and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
