The biggest division is looking for Sales Director CZ/SK, who will lead our commercial strategies in these two countries and coach and develop our commercial team in Czech and Slovak republic
Responsibilities
• Develop and implements the Division commercial strategy by channel across the retailer/customer portfolio
• Develop Customer centricity across all departments
• Build and achieve the Division results: turnover, market share, profit; consolidate, steer the budget
• Keep the growth of sell-in and sell-out
• Develop the digital and e-commerce channel
• Controlling and planning of sales budget in order to ensure the most effective performance and profitability
• Ensures compliance with local legislation and internal policies
• Coach, develop and maintain a current sales team
• Ensure all team members are meeting and exceeding expectations, take corrective action when needed and conduct periodic updates and performance reviews with team members.
• Develop strong relationships with key opinion leaders
• Stay up-to-date with market, consumers& competitors
Required Competencies:
• Entrepreneurially spirited; business oriented and goal driven
• Leadership capability to manage, coach and motivate team and ensure commitment to brand vision and objectives
• Flexibility and adaptability in an newly developed and evolving business environment
• Set up action plan based on quality/quantity criteria (activity, target coverage, specific actions, follow-up)
• Creative thinker: develop innovative ways to solve problems
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 5 years experience in management / leadership preferably in a FMCG environment
• Proven ability in building professional relationships, strong interpersonal and communication skills
