We are currently recruiting for the role of Global Marketing Coordinator, based at the Jo Malone London Head Office in Gloucester Place.
Role Responsibilities:
The role will be supporting our brand with wide-ranging projects from global visibility to exclusive launches and manage their development from concept stage to product launch.
Key missions:
• Support the management of all product marketing aspects for new launches and collateral
• Concept creation
• Formula and packaging co-development
• Prepare launch communication to markets, including campaign story, visuals, COG estimates, forecast guidelines and SRP guidelines.
• Forecast tracking
• Build cost sheets to establish financial feasibility of launches
• Coordinate input from all cross functional teams including Marketing, Product Development, GBSC, Packaging and Creative Design.
• Provide all packaging copy documents to Packaging Operations. Ensure Legal requirements are met for packaging copy.
• Review and approve packaging artwork
• Coordinate the development of all 360 campaign assets for various new launches.
• Participate to brief Creative on the print assets, copy, visual merchandising and consumer events that support new launches.
• Attend weekly Creative Update meetings, ensuring all support elements for launches are within spec of the original request, working closely with Indirect Procurement and GBSC to develop them as needed. Ensure requirements of all markets are covered within the programme assets, taking into account local variances and requests.
• Work closely with the regional team to make sure that global marketing programmes are locally and regionally relevant, reviewing any special business needs they have identified, and provide support as needed.
• Assess progress and competitor activity across the marketing landscape
• Support in the preparation of internal meetings as well as Retailer meetings to inspire and engage the teams around the world.
Qualifications
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
• Highly organised, able to prioritise and to manage a large number and variety of projects at one time
• Self-motivated with energy and enthusiasm to drive results
• Able to take ownership of projects, work independently and use own initiative to find solutions
• Great analytical skills
• Passion for global marketing. A strong interest and/or knowledge of the beauty industry
• Team player
• Should have at least one years’ experience but this is not mandatory
