Digital Content Coordinator, Professional Beauty COTY, Los Angeles, CA

MISSION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
We are actively looking for our future Digital Content Coordinator for Coty Professional Beauty. This role will be Responsible for the day to day technical performance of digital platforms and integrations, this role also leads new technical projects supporting ecommerce expansion across all digital platforms and any new marketing-led digital experience initiatives
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop business case for product investment/innovation with main focus to continually push for achievement of commercial targets.
• Develop business requirements, conduct discover and project manage internal and external delivery teams across business, creative and technical teams
• Promote and support a test and learn culture, sharing the findings throughout business globally
• Support platform experience team by interpreting evolving user needs, keeping on top of the trends that offer nest product solutions to match these and make OPI into a digital trendsetting brand
• Identify and drive through short-term initiatives that improve the performance of the product alongside longer-term projects
• Own website and app technical performance and 3rd party integrations. Define and track key product performance indicators (KPIs), as well as release-specific success metrics
• Assess technical issues and enhancements along-side planned product developments, priorities and manage the allocation of external technical resource. Ensure correct processes are in place to achieve daily identification and resolution of issues
• Oversee the development agency and other platform partners in production troubleshooting and problem resolution as needed in support of the continued success of mobile, desktop, tablet, app
• Responsible for the functional QA of all product releases to production
• Monitor site performance and constantly explore ways to increase site speed across channels
• Establish customer focused KPI’s, reporting and analytics across all products
• Ensure adequate technical and business documentation are available for all new products delivered
• Champion digital technology across the business and make it easily understandable and exciting for peers, with view to contribute to shifting company mentality to digital first
• Lead global launch of eCommerce across all digital channels in N.America for OPI as well as expansion of eCommerce globally, working with local marketing teams and educating them on best way to leverage the product.
• Gather product development requirements from ecom and digital platform teams, with view to constantly optimize the front end experience as well as the back end and front end content management experience to streamline team workload.
• Own and ruthlessly prioritize North America OPI digital road map & product releases, and offer clear and supporting guidance to local markets
• Responsible for BIC SEO technical implementation to achieve top local search visibility with focus on top markets and recommendations to local markets
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
• Experience with Drupal and Magento
• Strong analytical and technical accounting skills
• Strong computer skills particularly MS Office. Knowledge of SAP and Hyperion a plus
• Ability to work under tight deadlines, deal with diverse levels of personnel in a multi-functional environment
• Ability to work independently, under general direction, and create organized work plans and output requirements timely
• Demonstrate good business judgment
• Ability to be flexible, multi-task, have strong organizational and communication skills to meet strict deadlines and manage multiple projects
