The primary responsibilities of the Marketing Communications Specialist are to support the development and coordination of non-western communications initiatives, administer visual marketing programs, and assist the Marketing Communication and In-Store Marketing Managers.
Responsibilities:
• Works with Marketing Communication Managers to coordinate marketing communications initiatives in support of the Male and Female Traditional brands, including in-store, to achieve defined SBU/brand objectives.
• Coordinates ticketing process, including image selection, artwork development, mechanicals and printing, for Traditional brands as needed.
• Works with Marketing Communications Managers to organize and execute photoshoots for in-store marketing, ticketing and other collateral materials.
• Provide day-to-day support for Female Traditional Brands' marketing budgets, including coding, WEA's and securing final invoice approval.
• Supports public relations, promotions, special events and other marketing projects as needed.
• Works on other special projects as directed by the Marketing Communications Manager.
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of related professional experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Communications, Business, or Marketing
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• High level of initiative
• Proficiency in setting priorities
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Good analytical ability
• Working knowledge of marketing programs and advertising
• Strong understanding of company and department structures
• Knowledge of functions within departments
• Typing and personal computer skills
