Responsibilities
The Retail Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting the efficient operations management of the division by partnering with internal and external business leaders and stakeholders. This person will be a resource for the corporate retail division of Operations and all retail stores.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and prepare reports for retail management for Store Standards Reviews, physical inventories, spend management, etc.
• Administer LuckyLine communication platform for store support needs & inquiries, and support team sharing program
• Act as primary resource for retail operations support, where needed
• Support the continual improvement of operational processes and controls
• Support the development and distribution of analytical tools to measure operational process compliance
• Support customer experience process improvements initiatives (i.e. labor management tool, in store Kronos, and customer experience measurement tool, ShopperTrak)
Qualifications
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and years of experience
• Minimum 1-3 years of professional experience
• Previous retail store experience strongly preferred
• Must be highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Proficient computer software skills and experience in: MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Strong cross-functional collaborative skills
• Team player and can work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to engage professionally with all levels of associates with maturity and diplomacy
• Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
