We are now seeking a talented Middle East Market Manager to join the NET-A-PORTER EMEA Marketing team
As such, we are seeking a Marketing Manager for Middle East to focus on the development of the NET-A-PORTER brand in the region. Based in our London head office, this role will be pivotal in providing strategic and tactical direction across the Marketing function for both online and offline marketing within Middle East while acting as the go-to on the brand tone of voice across all marketing and editorial content.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute the Middle Eastern NET-A-PORTER Marketing plan to deliver overall revenue and new customer targets in conjunction with the Head of EMEA Marketing and Global Head of Marketing
• Champion the voice of the Middle Eastern customer – ensure all strategies and plans across teams integrate local customers and market insight
• Work seamlessly with the Brand Marketing Team to execute global campaigns with a regional focus
• In conjunction with the Marketing Media Manager develop and execute the media plan for the region
• Create market leading partnerships through-out the region to drive new customer acquisition and revenue
• Execute best in class events to drive both new customer acquisition and existing customer engagement
• Develop market-specific cross-channel acquisition and retention campaigns with cross functional partners
• Optimise local events, holidays and moments through partnership with cross functional teams such as Email Marketing, CRM, Channel Marketing, PR, Performance Marketing and Editorial to drive local engagement and brand awareness
• Work hand in hand with the Personal Shopping and Client Relations team to drive EIP customer strategy and business across the region
• Provide weekly market reporting and analysis with recommendations for optimisations to drive customer acquisition and revenue through local insights
• Manage on a day to day basis the Middle Eastern marketing budgets and optimise through-out the year as appropriate
Essential Skills & Requirements:
• Mother tongue Arabic and fluent in both written and spoken English is essential
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Solid marketing experience at Marketing Manager level (5 years +) ideally gained in a luxury and/or online retail environment
• Extensive exposure to the Middle East market is essential
• Experience of working in a fast-moving environment with competing deadlines and priorities
• Creative and strategic thinker
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Proven experience of working with digital channels
• Highly creative and idea-focused individual demonstrated through a proven track record of implementing successful and innovative marketing campaigns with an appreciation of the luxury market and environment
• Strong partner, stakeholder, and project management experience
• Aptitude with numbers, reporting tools, and strong commercial acumen
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills required
• Proactive, self-confident, and highly motivated team player
• Understanding and passion for retail, fashion, lifestyle, travel and art

You will be based in our London head office in Shepherd’s Bush, W12
Hours
You will work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9.30am to 6.00pm
