JOB PURPOSE
• This role will be working with and supporting the retail marketing and events function, to develop and implement events and retail activation programs across the Asia South region
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support in executing in-store and off-site events, including retail activations, store openings, special events, product launch and PR events, corporate events etc.
• Coordinate planning and logistics, from concept briefing through to execution and reporting analysis, to ensure guidelines are followed effectively to ensure synergy of activity across region
• Work closely with the Global Events team to implement events programs in the Asia South region and facilitate understanding of market needs and behaviors
• Manage critical paths, guest lists, catering proposals, production support, budgeting and post event reporting, with close attention to ROI
• Work closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure calendars and reports are kept up to date and guidelines are distributed correctly with relevant feedback received
• Manage collateral briefs
• Manage raising and approval of purchase orders where required
• Seek out new events opportunities via continuous research and competitor analysis
PERSONAL PROFILE
• Bachelors degree in marketing & communications or any relevant degree or diploma
• 2 years of event organisation experience
• Preferably with work experience in luxury retail
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Access, Keynote
• Strong organisational skills
• High attention to detail
